Megan Fox cuts interview short

Megan Fox cut short an interview with Entertainment Tonight correspondentSteve Jones as he tried to ask her about her rumoured pregnancy.

While Fox was on the show to promote her new campaign for gadget brand Sharper Image, Jones started fishing for confirmation that the former Transformers star was expecting her first baby with husband Brian Austin Green.

Jones asked: "Do you know the ultimate gadget that every man wants? A baby."

Fox replied: "A baby? Oh, I know where you're going with this."

While Fox initially prompted Jones to continue with his question, asking him "What do you want to know?", her representative stepped in to stop her answering.

"You already hear the grumbles, you hear the grumbles," Fox said, referring to the off-camera noises from her publicist.

"Stop. Stop," came a voice from off-camera. "Sorry, no."

Her publicist was then heard asking him to end the question and answer session, prompting the presenter to politely terminate it for the camera.

He said: "Either way, Megan, it was a pleasure talking to you."

The presenter later made a tongue-in-cheek apology for his questioning.

He said: "I'd like to formally apologise to Ms. Fox for attacking her with the word baby. Thankfully, there was a publicist there to stop me."
